How to Make You Fruit Match Game
1. Download and print the pairs of cards

You can find the fruit matching game down below. All you need to do is head to the bottom of the post and click the large blue button to get your copy of the pdf format.
Once you’ve downloaded your file. You’ll need to print out two copies of each page.
If you like, you can also laminate each of the pages. Laminating the different fruits helps the card to become more sturdy. I find this step very useful, especially with younger kids who will tear the pictures by accident.
2. Cut out cards

Use a pair of scissors to cut out each of the cards. Since there are two different ways to play, make certain that you only cut out the cards you need for your version of the game.
How to Play
1. Match the identical fruits

This version of the game is perfect for young children. In this version, you will only need to cut out one of the copies of fruits, and leave the second copy intact.
Simply place the individual fruit card on top of the matching fruit on the full page.
2. Memory game

This version of the game is better for older children, say 5 years and up. In this game, you will need to cut out all of the cards from both of your copies.
Follow these steps to play:
- Shuffle the cards and lay them picture-down on a flat surface.
- The first player picks two cards at random and turns them over, so that you can see what picture each card contains.
- If the two cards match, remove them from the board and keep them.
- If the two card’s don’t match, flip them back over so that they are once again facing downwards.
- Now the second player repeats steps 2-4.
- Each player must try to remember where each card is, so that they can match pairs more easily.
- The goal of this game is to collect as many matching pairs of fruit as possible. The player with the most pairs wins.
