  • 12 Popsicle sticks
  • Hot glue gun or craft glue
  • Sharpie Pens or Paint
  • Scissors

1. Using your scissors, cut three of your popsicle sticks in half.

2. Place two (uncut) popsicle sticks in parallel. Glue three of the half pieces onto the outer edges, like in the photo below.

3. Turn over your fireplace and glue six of the remaining sticks to the back of your fireplace, in the center, to make your chimney.

4. Take your last remaining popsicle stick and cut it in half. Glue this half to the top of your chimney, to give it some stability.

5. Cut the last piece of popsicle stick into sections to look like logs.

6. Glue these logs into the bottom of your fireplace.

7. Now that your fireplace craft has been made, all that is left to do is to decorate it.

I added Santa’s feet stick out of the chimney, however, having a nice warm fire would be beautiful too.

Other finishing touches could include presents, a plate of cookies waiting for Santa, ornamental Christmas Trees or a hung up stocking. It’s all up to you and what you want to add.
