How to Make Giant Shape Art for Kids

1. Grab a piece of cardboard, and use painters tape to make the outlines of shapes.

I started by dividing the cardboard into sections, and then assigning each section a single shape. So I had rows of squares, triangles, circles and more. But of course, you can arrange the shapes in whatever way you like. Do what works for you.

2. Grab some paints and let the kids have fun.

There is no right or wrong way to paint the cardboard. Just make sure that you talk to your little ones aout the different shapes they can see and what their names are.
