How to Make a Christmas Decorations Sensory Bin

Step 1. Dig out your box of Christmas decorations and see what you have.

2. Grab a large tub and place anything interesting that you can find in the tub.

3. Let your kids explore the Christmas decorations up close without ruining your Christmas tree.

This is one of my favorite sensory activities for kids to do this time of year. Because it’s so easy to just put aside a few decorations while decorating the tree with your family. Then you can bring it out whenever your kids get a bit too curious about the Christmas ornaments on the tree and distract them in a subtle way.
