To make the background waves of this fish craft I tore strips of 2 different blue-colored paper. Tearing the paper, instead of cutting it, not only gives a jagged edge. It also creates a white border that adds an interesting touch to your art. Tearing paper is a fantastic fine motor activity for kids. Not to mention that they’ll have a blast tearing the waves for this fishy picture.
