  1. 1 cup shaving foam
  2. 1 cup white glue
  3. Glitter (optional)
  4. Light blue paper
  5. Paint brushes

1. Mix the glue and shaving foam.

Puffy paint.

You can also add some glitter into your glue puffy paint mixture. This is something that I only thought of after we made out art projects but I think that it would add a wonderful element to the picture.

2. Use a paintbrush to spread the paint into icicle patterns.

You can sprinkle glitter onto the puffy paint, after you’ve finished painting the icicles.

3. Leave the puffy paint to dry.

Once the puffy paint is dry, it won’t be as high as when it’s wet. But it still has a wonderful 3D effect.
