- Free Winter Match the Pictures pdf file
- Printer and paper
- Laminating machine and sheets (optional)
- Whiteboard marker
Winter Match the Pictures – Instructions
1. Download and print the free digital files
The free printable contains 6 different puzzles for your kids to solve. To get your copy just click the large blue button at the bottom of the post.
2. Laminate the sheets
To make your puzzles reusable you can either laminate them, or place them into a dry erase pocket.
This step is completely optional, but well worth it if you’re doing this activity with a class full of kids.
3. Connect the picture on the right with the picture on the left.
Look at the first picture on the left hand side, then find the same picture in the column on the right. Take a pen and draw a line between the two pictures that are the same.
4. Repeat with all the pictures
Draw a line between all of the pictures on the paper.
Not only is this a great way to help kids practice visual discrimination, it’s also a fun way to develop fine motor skills through play.
